A measured building survey is a spatial study of a building or structure to gather precise data, which is then utilised to create as-built drawings for architects, quantity surveyors, home owners and other property professionals. They can range from simple floorplans to encompassing internal details such as fixtures, power supply outlets and light fittings.
A topographical survey is an accurate and comprehensive assessment of a selection of land used to create a map which shows the levels of the land, along with the position and height of its natural and artificial features. This can include details such as the position of road markings, the types of path and road surfaces and the heights of tree canopies, building eaves heights and overhead cables.
360 Virtual Tours offer architects, property developers and construction professionals high-quality, immersive video tours of a property.
At XP Surveys, we use state-of-the-art Matterport technology to capture dozens of 3D images of each room to create a full property walkthrough.
Using the latest drone technology, XP Surveys are able to provide drone roof surveys and other aerial surveys and inspections without any access challenges or scaffolding being needed. Our experienced drone pilots and surveyors can safely capture high-resolution imagery and survey-grade data all in a fraction of the time so that clients can make informed decisions on repairs or remedial works.
Scan to BIM is a process by which physical structures are digitally captured using 3D laser scanning technology and then transformed into accurate, digital Building Information Models (BIM). Once the scanning operations are completed, the point cloud data is imported into BIM tools such as Revit, where the information is transformed into a detailed, interactive 3D model and 2D outputs including plans, elevations and sections. This integration allows for efficient design modifications, and accurate facility management, and ensures our project stakeholders have an up-to-date representation of the as-built environment.
A Point Cloud is an accurate digital record of a space and the objects within that space. We use a 3D laser scanner to ensure the precise capture and measurement of each and every point of your building, the result of which is a number of data points taken together to produce a Point Cloud. This provides an exceptional level of accuracy and is a 3D record of your building or structure from which we can then begin modelling and drawing spaces in whatever format you need.
Check the condition of your underground drainage pipework, including location, depth and direction of runs.
Perfect for planning applications or land registry titles. PDF & DWG outputs can be provided.
