This full measured survey is of a typical 3-bed mid-terrace property in South West London where our architect client, Aura Homes, will be extending at ground floor to create a new open-plan kitchen-living space, and also extending into the loft to create an additional master bedroom.
The brief included floor plans plus roof survey, visible elevations, section drawings and a topographical survey.
It was important to survey the adjoining property accurately to understand the proposed junctions for the new extensions in particular for Party Wall Agreements.
All of our surveys have PDF and DWG drawing outputs, so both the client and architect can view and work with them. An online link to a folder of site photos again can be used for those working on the new design and build.
